This is an excellent excellent article, and I cannot strongly emphasize how
much I would like local heralds and submitters both to read it.
Insufficient or poorly summarized documentation is the the number one reason
names get returned both at Kingdom level (so we can fix it faster!) or at
Laurel level (where they would otherwise be registered). 

As the former Asterisk Herald, nothing gave me a worse headache than getting
a name form with 16 pages of printed out documentation and a "see attached"
written on the form. That's almost equivalent to sending in an armory form
with a note attached saying "please color this." Don't do it. :)

By all means, if anyone ever wants help summarizing or writing up
documentation for a name, post it to this list or email Maria or myself.
