But that's an early spelling, so the pronunciation is a bit different.  Also, 
I'm not totally sure the spelling is quite right.  Tangwystyl (in her article 
at: http://www.s-gabriel.org/names/tangwystyl/irish100/) gives the genitive 
spellings as:

Muiredaich, Muridaig, Muiredaig

The spelling <Muredig> comes directly from the notes in the Book of Deer.

If this is being combined with the <Wilo> / <Willo> docs, it may be worth 
noting that we don't have a ruling for combining Scottish Gaelic with Old 
English.  The ruling I cited earlier dealt with contact between Irish Gaelic 
and Old English.  I suspect that Scottish Gaelic + Old English will be 
registerable in the same manner, but Pelican would have to rule on it.

Anyway, back to the pronunciation.  It think it would be something like:

MAK MOOR-eh-dehg

at that time period.  Let me see what I can find...

Okay.  There's a pronunciation for this in Academy of Saint Gabriel client 
letter 1926 (http://www.panix.com/~gabriel/public-bin/showfinal.cgi?1926+0), 
but it's for a woman's byname:

In the 12th century
the genitive is attested in the form <Muredig>, and a name meaning
'Eva daughter of Muiredach' might have been written <E/ua ingen
Muredig> or <E/ba ingen Muredig>. [4]  Both of these are pronounced
appoximately \AY-v@ EEN-y at n VUR- at -dhee\, where \@\ stands for the
sound of the <a> in <about> and <sofa>, and \dh\ stands for the sound
of <th> in <this> (*not* the sound in <thin>).

Since we're talking about the byname for a man, the spelling is <mac Muredig> 
rather than <ingen Muredig> fromt he client letter above.

so, using their pronunciations, and removing the lenition, you get:

MAK MUR- at -dhee

with the applicable notes from client letter cited above.
