Yea, verily yea!

When asking a general question, do provide all the details of the
submission that's provoking it, except for real-world info like the
real name -- provide the exact spelling of the SCA name, dates or date
ranges if you have them, current blazon, et cetera.  For example, in
this case having the name is what allowed Mari to look it up, find
that it's on the next LoAR, and that the withdrawl request had to be
done ASAP.  If not, it might have been done in two weeks, say, and
certainly cost a name change.
