In addition to the paperwork procedures (which Daniel & Alden have 
addressed), it's worth noting that the ability for registering a non-personal 
item (heraldic title, order name, guild name, etc.) is slightly different 
than for personal names or armory.

Can you list the two names so we can warn of any possible issues due to that?
