The official Ordinary and Armorial 
<http://sca.org/heraldry/OandA/index.html> uses blazon only (no 
pictures).

However, online rolls of arms including emblazons (pictures) have been 
created for many kingdoms and some individual branches.  A good number 
of these are listed on Modar's heraldry pages
