[ANSTHRLD] Asterisk Herald - Accepting Applications

Hallgeirr,
Check again with Asterisk, her computer was down for a while and she's
now catching up on emails, but copy Bordure Herald as well
(bordure at ansteorra.org).  Bordure handles submissions one step up in
the process from Asterisk and might be able to help.
