Greetings all.  

i find myself catching up after taking a vacation.  i was bad and ignored my email. ;-)  Anyway i have uploaded some documents and made appropriate changes.  As far as i know I have now caught up with my inbox.  If you sent me something and it is not up then please email me again and let me know.

Updates include:

 -  December LoI
 -  October AICC
 -  November ICC

I have also updated the ILoI list to include None Issued for December.
