Couldn't find belladonna (or nightshade) in any heraldic dictionary, but the Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary cites it as "... having reddish bell-shaped flowers, shining black berries ...".
   
  It's likely "slipped and leaved vert, flowered gules and seeded sable" which has good contrast with what you're probably checking for contrast with.  The only other entry for a "sprig of belladonna" in the OandA had it flowered purpure.
