[ANSTHRLD] baronial service awards

The searchable OP certainly does as shown by the attached file for my entry. 
It certainly sounds as if this should be a two step process, awards separate 
from devices if this is something that should be tracked. Assuming that 
tracking of devices and names are desirable.
