[ANSTHRLD] Heraldic Submissions Registered to the Kingdom

Fellow Ansteorrans,
Please be advised that heraldic submissions for items registered to
the Kingdom of Ansteorra are to be submitted through the office of
Star Principal Herald.  I appreciate heralds who wish to assist in
such submissions, and will quite likely ask for assistance in some
cases, but as it is a submission on behalf of the kingdom, the
kingdom's Principal Herald should be the final point of contact, to
approve all paperwork and obtain the Crown's approval, before it is
submitted.
