Hallgeirr asked:

No that is not enough. First, many things were once registered and no
longer can be. Secondly, there are certain exceptions that only apply in
certain circumstances. Thirdly, some combinations are not acceptable, even
if each element is. Finally, the name as a whole must fit within a single
culture.
Name elements which have passed, but which are not acceptable:
Laurelin (elvish)
of Bellatrix ( a star)
Bryon (modern spelling, passed under the mundane name allowance)
"May Your Sins Decrease"
Strider (as first name)
Names whose elements have all passed, but which are not acceptable:
Louis Bourbon
Arthur de Logres
Lancelot du Lac
Merlin the Wizard
Bjorn Achmed Gaiusovna de Hapsburg
Ronald MacDonald
Arwen Evenstar
Robin of Locksley
I hope this helps.
