Asterisk Herald. But -- if she sent in *just* a copy of her driver's license
AFTER the name had already been returned, that's not very helpful; she needs
to send in a new set of name forms as well, this time marked as a
'resubmission' instead of 'new'. Asterisk deals with enough paperwork that
trying to match up stuff way after the fact, along with making new forms and
copies, isn't in the job description.
