Is there a standard amount of time we wait after a group is dissolved
before their name is released?

On the last batch of releases which completed in Feb. 2005, I was unable to locate any defined time limit.  I think I may have even encountered a "reasonable time" comment.  Obviously, there may have been changes or clarifications since I was involved.

But there was no date or range limit imposed that I could find.  Which is probably why I never see kingdoms doing periodic housecleaning.  On the last batch, it basically involved me collecting a list and running them by the Crown and Kingdom Seneschal and there being mutual agreement on what to release.
