Oops!  I didn't see the little cross there when I first looked at it.  That changes things.  It is very small and I don't think the CoH will like that.  The two-tincture scheme is good, but the heralds like to see more visually balanced design.  The foxes are so small that you might not get a 'clear difference' for them if they conflict with a dog or a wolf.  It is very striking and I hope it passes, but don't be surprised if they bounce it for redraw.

It has the appearance of being augmented, as if you were putting somebody else's arms in the canton, and this is not an allowed practice in the SCA.  The plain field makes it 'field primary' so that might not be an issue.   Sometimes the CoH is very picky about that even if that is not your intention.  However, they may let it go, who knows?

As pointed out, the foxes might be an issue, but since they appear on another charge (the canton), they are not primary charges.  The 'slot machine' requirement that three charges cannot all be different only applies to primary charges, so you may get by with it.
