And as a followup to this, I am also missing submission forms from the
November 2007 ILoI. I need replacement forms for the following items in my
hands no later than March 20th, or I'll be forced to return them. Here's the
list, with a few excerpts from the AICC:

Eadric Anstapa (Gate's Edge)
Badge forms needed: "As currently drawn, there were enough identifiability
problems to warrant a return for redraw. However, if new forms can be drawn
up with the same depiction as his already-registered badge in time for the
LoI, this will be accepted."

Griffin van Meteren (Emerald Keep)
Name forms needed.
Device forms needed, maybe: "Unfortunately, not having the color emblazon
to hand hampered the decision here. If the griffin's head and the bar gemel
are the same tincture (both gules), then this will need to be returned for
identifiability. If they are different tinctures, and the griffin's head
contrasts correctly with the field, then we can send this up to Laurel as a
test case - while we could recall period instances of charges such as beasts
being issuant from a line of division, no one at the decision meeting could
bring to mind an example quite like this one, with the bar gemel issuant
from the per bend line of division."

Isabel Hawksworth (Loch Soilleir)
Device forms needed.

Kheoniia Pskova (Wiesenfeuer)
Name forms needed.
(device was returned for conflict)

Lisette de Beumant (Wiesenfeuer)
Name forms needed.
(device was returned for conflict)

Micheal na Tuaighe (Northkeep)
Device forms needed.

Padraig of Kilkenney. (Gate's Edge)
Name forms needed.
Device forms needed.

Sarra Asshton of York. (Gate's Edge)
Device forms needed.

Ulrich Verloren. (Loch Soilleir)
Device forms needed.

When sending copies of forms, please send me 3 color and 1 line drawing of
armory, and 2 name forms (don't forget to make the same number of copies of
any documentation needed!) Mail them to:

Jennifer Smith
601 S Washington #137
Stillwater, OK 74074

If you drop me an email to let me know they're on their way, I'll definitely
reply and tell you when I got them. (Siobhan, I did get the forms for Una.
Thank you!)

-Emma
