[ANSTHRLD] List heralding question

The only thing I've done different is when the list mistress, autocrat, or
Crown representative wishes to speed the rounds up after the first one. I
usually just go with "Fighters, salute whom you wish" and turn the field
over to the marshals as I make my exit. Unless of course I happen to be one
of the marshals also.
