I agree completely. We've had this conversation before, and several folks expressed a preference for retaining that information in the OP, so I've been doing it. The old emails I have regarding the subject date back to May of last year, in case anyone wants to dig around in the archives to read up on what's already been discussed.

While there is an ongoing effort to audit the current information in the OP for accuracy, including name and device registration information, and although I make updates everytime the LoAR comes out, and although I check every new AoA recipient against the O&A to see whether they have a registered name and device, the name/device registration information in the OP is still wildly inaccurate. It is certainly possible to get it to a place where it is largely accurate and is maintainable with a minimum of fuss, but we aren't there yet. So at this point, it's both a duplication of effort with the on-line Armorial *and* it's out-of-date and unreliable. Yippee.

I'd be more than happy to quit maintaining that information in the OP - personally, I don't think it's adding value.
