All,

Please note that I have revised the court report form to include the following:

- Crown's Grace. This is the new, non-armigerous award for service to the Crown.
- A line for your email address. If you are snail-mailing me a report and would me to send you an email to confirm when I receive it, please put your email address here. This is optional.

You can find the new report here: http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/forms/courtreport.pdf

If you plan to do a court report this weekend at Coronation, please be sure to use the new form, since it is likely there will be some Crown's Grace awards given! Remember that all heralds should be filling out a report for EVERY court they attend. If you forget your forms and I am onsite, just come see me - I always have extra forms with me. I know it might seem redundant to fill out a report if you already know the local or the court herald is doing one, but additional reports can help ensure accuracy and completeness (especially for awards given on the field that aren't part of a formal court), and they serve as backups in case the local's report is lost or destroyed.

A few reminders and refreshers about court reports:

- Please be sure to make note of the field for Comets, Thistles, and Talons. If they are blank, I will contact you for clarification.
- Please remember to fill out the info block at the bottom of the form completely. Your email address is optional, but all other info in that block is required.
- Please be sure to make note of any awards that are read into law but not presented, or that are presented after having been read into law at an earlier event. You may use the notes field at the bottom of the form for this purpose.
- Please be sure to get the report signed!
- You may send reports to me by snail mail, or scan them and send them by email.
- Local heralds who are familiar with the recipients and court heralds who read the scrolls should pay particular attention to spelling, but for anyone else who is filling out a report, don't stress too much about it. I'd rather have your educated guesses at spelling than no info at all. I always verify spellings in the O&A, the OP, or on the local website, so as long as you give me something that's close, I can usually find the correct spelling.
- You should always try to get correct spellings, complete lists of the awards, and signatures, but again, I'd rather have a partial or unsigned report than no report at all. Sometimes even a partial list is helpful in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the information that I enter into the OP, and I can always check with the Crown or landed nobility to verify an unsigned report.

And if you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me!

Many thanks to everyone for their assistance!

Kind regards,
Sara Penrose
