I can answer the second part, yes they can.  The name I have registered is
bogsviegir, which mean, the archer (or something to that effect) and it was
allowed because in Iceland during my time someone might call you by your
fathers name + "son" ie Williamson, or they might call your Sæmundr the
archer.

"inn skærr" translates to "the innocent".  A name that was given to me by a
great friend and I use it exclusively now.  My question is whether or not
since I have already registered bogsviegir, if I should or can re-register
as "inn skærr".  Also, how does that effect or apply to any awards that I
have recieved or might recieve as far as having them listed on the Heralds
OP site.
