[ANSTHRLD] Consultation tableat Seawinds 25th?

[Local Pursuivant]

If it is possible, I would love to put together a consultation table at
Seawinds 25th.  Many of our members have ideas for devices, but the are
cursed with a herald that cannot draw.  I also have no experience with
conflict checking, so I'm in a bit of a bind here.  Any help at all would be
deeply appreciated.
