[ANSTHRLD] conflict check help

I would propose the blazon "Vert, an eagle, in chief a crescent, all within a bordure argent."
 
Closest found was "Vert, a stork passant, wings elevated and addorsed, argent, grasping in its beak a fish Or, all within a bordure argent." (Karl von Süssen, Device, August 1987)  Even if there's no CD for change of posture or type, I see multiple CD's for changes to type, tincture and placement of the fish and crescent.
 
The eagle is a good size.  The bordure could be wider, though. The crescent has the size and feel of a cadency mark.  It seems registerable, but would the submitter consider three crescents in chief instead?

Howdy folks!  If any feels up to it, could I please get some opinions on the following device:

I want to confirm the blazon, so I will not bias you by stating mine, and I need help with a conflict check as I have not ferreted out all the nuances of the database yet.  Apparently this client's device has had a long and difficult road over about 5 years of so, so I am really hoping that this will pass for her.
