[ANSTHRLD] Steppes Warlord consultation table?

What's the latest on the Steppes Warlord consultation table?  The last
I see on the list,

is from about 1 May, saying that Amra was stepping up to set it up.
Will the Big Box of Consultation Sources be there (from Armillary, I
think it is)?

Is there a schedule?

list it.
