[ANSTHRLD] Steppes Warlord consultation table?

The traveling library is maintained by Armillary Herald, however we have not had anyone in that office for some time now.  As such, the library has been with Treasure Herald.  If a consultation table wants to get the Armillary library, the consultation table coordinator should contact Tressure Herald.  Contact info is in the back of the Black Star.
