My fellow heralds,

I have two devices that I would like a little help on before I inform the 
clients they may proceed. The first is as follows:
"Per azure ermine or, on a lozenge or three arrows or banded of the same"

My question on this one is about the metal on fu,r if the fur is the same as the 
metal. I don't think there is an issue, I just want to make sure. 


The next is:
"Per chevron vert and sable, between three arrows argent a cat salient (one arm 
up?) or.

What would you call that?
