[ANSTHRLD] Two devices, that I question

I would blazon the first one: Azure ermined Or, on a lozenge Or a sheaf of three 
arrows argent.  (not sure if the tie needs to be blazoned for a sheaf)  
This would be returned for metal on metal (arrows argent on a lozenge Or).

I would blazon the second one: Per chevron vert and sable, a cat sejant with 
forepaw raised Or between three arrows inverted argent.  I might also suggest 
making the per chevron angle a bit wider (less steep).

My question on this one is about the metal on fu,r if the fur is the same as the 

metal. I don't think there is an issue, I just want to make sure. 


The next is:
"Per chevron vert and sable, between three arrows argent a cat salient (one arm 
up?) or.

What would you call that?
