[ANSTHRLD] Odd question

How off center?

If visually you move the vertical line of division to the left (as you are viewing it), aka towards the dexter side, so that the arms look like they are one-third one tincture and two-thirds another then what you have is a tierce on the dexter side. A tierce is an ordinary (it is a thing laying on the field) covering about one third of the space. Unless things have changed, you cannot charge a tierce (put something onto it).

Is that about the spacing you were considering?

Subject: [ANSTHRLD] Odd question

As I'm still VERY new at this local herald thing...can someone tell me

1. If it's allowed to divide the field vertically but off center
2. If so, how to word that in the blazon?
