[ANSTHRLD] Looking for Charge: Magnon

That, I believe, is a gonfalon or gonfanon. More specifically in that
depiction, one that is red and fringed with vert.

*"D'or, au gonfanon de gueules, frangé de sinople" *is the arms of Auvergne,
according to multiple pages on wikipedia.
