[ANSTHRLD] Blazon and Device help: Argent chape ploye ermine

I am not sure I blazoned this right. I am also looking to see if there is enough 
CDs to avoid conflict.

Azure, chape ploye ermine; in chief (?) a sheaf of arrows and a stag's head 
cabossed argent.
