[ANSTHRLD] Blazon and Device help: Argent chape ploye ermine

Alexander Stuart of Dunvegan
The following device associated with this name was registered in November of 1996 (via An Tir):
Per bend sinister purpure and vert, a stag's head caboshed and a sheaf of arrows argent.

This is the only thing close I found.
There should be a CD for changes to the field and one for inverting the arrows
and one for the placement of the charges (reversed from the submitted one).
