I'm not terribly surprised; I've come to the realization that most of
our articles, and website slants, and so forth, are aimed at heralds,
not at non-heralds. Certainly we *do* need stuff aimed at heralds
(because how else do we know what/how to do the job?) but there does
seem to be a need for a few really basic "now what" articles.
