[ANSTHRLD] "Letter of permission to Conflict" Was Quarterly, a cross between four mullets ... pierced

i have never even heard of a " Letter of permission to Conflict " but, if the gules look matches period,  and i can more than likely able to get it passed... then i am fine with the new blazon...
i do hope it is correct
