[ANSTHRLD] herald title office questions coming

SPIFF! I'd love to see something like this at the very least on the history
wiki, but I'd also like to possibly see them on the heraldry site at some
point in the future. I know that I have a fairly complete set of warrant
information from 1979 - present, but for the period of say 1979-1987 they're
all individual warrants (as opposed to Rosters). It sounds like if you've
got access to some of this information available it might make at least
indexing the external offices easier. Though I admit I'd eventually like to
make a resource of all heralds-in-ordinary in Ansteorra.

Please let me know what I can do to help plug any holes in your information,
and also what I can do to facilitate getting this out there in a finished
format.
