[ANSTHRLD] herald title office questions coming

I'm starting with every herald (all kingdoms) mentioned in an LoI or LoC 
ever.

I figured I'd run through Ansteorran heraldic titles I've hit first 
because that will give me a change to test the spreadsheet and see if 
I've got all the columns I need, etc.  And we are actually fairly 
unusual in that our heraldic records are mostly complete.  Not many 
kingdoms can say that!

Now, you'll be surprised at how many "non-external" heralds have gotten 
mentioned in LoIs or LoCs at some point.  Heck, Solstice is in the list!

I'll be happy to track more heraldic titles in this list.  I'd 
eventually like to have a version of it available on OSCAR as well - so 
folks can do cross-kingdom lookups.

Over the next few day or two I'll post lists for all the Ansteorran 
heraldic titles I have in my spreadsheet so far.

Once I get everything I have posted to ANSTHRLD, I'll note it so folks 
will know that titles I haven't posted are ones I don't have in my list 
yet and we can start threads on them if we want.
