[ANSTHRLD] Blazon and conflict help (Wolf head and mitre)

I want to preface my comment below with the fact that I am a novice in
heraldry. That being said, I found the information below after a quick web
search.

According to http://heraldry.sca.org/laurel/lessons/lesson16.html, the Mitre
is a "presumptuous" charge. So, unless something has changed, if the
submitter is not a Bishop, Cardinal, Pope, or holds another station
permitted to display a Mitre in their heraldic display, this device would
not be registrable.
