Comments may also be emailed to rules 'at' heraldry.sca.org.  I
encourage newer heralds to read through it (if the OSCAR text seems
dense and hard to read, try the PDF when it's available - OSCAR ate
some of the formatting) and let us know if it's readable and
understandable.  Usability is one of the goals of the overall rewrite
of the Rules.
