I was wondering where you were going for a second, then I realized you
may be right. I'll have to go back and think! And, of course, look at
the actual registered emblazon. If the arrow is co-primary, then we
have a (registered) primary group consisting of two dragons and an
arrow, vs a proposed single dragon. There is certainly a CD for
number. There may not be a CD for type, as the type of half the charge
group may not have changed. This entirely depends on the actual
depiction, and at this point I am going to back away slowly and duck
the question entirely. :)
