Hmm.  that is interesting.  Not only does the orientation of the knife 
not match the badge used ont eh kingdom website, it doe nto seem to 
match the registered blazon.  Unless I am mistaken, ahich is indeed 
possible.

Based on the blazon "Vert, a calligrapher's knife and a reed pen in 
saltire argent, tied with a ribbon Or."  I would have created the 
emblazon with the knife blade to chief and the pen nib to base (as the 
website currently has) but the image you sent shows both the nib and 
blade to base.
