[ANSTHRLD] Change is submission policy

Due to changes in the way forms are delivered to Arbalest and in
consultation with both Asterisk and Star, the following changes were
announced at AHSS yesterday during the plenary meeting.

 

Locals will now only send 3 color copies and 1 line drawing of armory
submissions and two name submission forms to Asterisk. This does not count
any copies for local files or extra for submitters. Please remember to send
photocopies of documentation for name or armory submissions and each copy
needs 1 copy of the documentation included with it. The only no photocopy
sources are those listed in Appendix H of the Administrative Handbook for
Laurel found at http://heraldry.sca.org. Any other source used needs to have
photocopies attached to the forms. Armory submissions with letters of
permission to conflict or documentation for charges or Individually Attested
Styles must have a photocopy attached for each form. Not having the
photocopies is grounds for returning the submission which may be considered.
