[ANSTHRLD] Online Reporting Form

Greetings!

As you may have noticed, on the top of the CoH web page, is a new
link, "Reporting" - for the New! Online Report Form. This is for the
usage of local heralds, and starting with the January 2012 Monthly
Report (Due Feb '12), will be the preferential method of reporting for
the College. Star may consider approval of alternate methods on a case
by case basis, but the new form is what's preferable. HL Alasdair
authored the page and code, and I am most grateful for his hard work.

The new form is laid out much in the same way the current report form
is laid out. It will automagically route the report to the correct
regional, and you will receive a copy. You will need to put your
Seneschal's email address into the "Additional Emails" field.

The report does not store any personal data on the server, per the SCA
Webminister's policies. Therefore, you will need to make sure you
select the 'Yes' option whenever your contact information changes, so
that your regional can receive up to date information in the email.
