Please feel free to forward this to kingdom heraldic lists and other
relevant locations:

Laurel has just reported that the Board has asked for further work on
the draft rules. This means that they will be have to be resubmitted for
the April Board meeting.  More details will be forthcoming as soon as
the team has a chance to get more information (remembering that that
Board meeting is still in process).
