[ANSTHRLD] New Herald for Bjornsborg

Greeting and Felecitations, Good Herald.

I am working on a device.  My First attempt was refused due to conflict with a dead man, and I had thought there were more than enough CD to make the distinction.

I am Russian, 11th century, pricipality of Kiev.  Radei Drchevich - Name has been registered since 2005

The Idea is Gules, Argent and Or.   what I see is a Band covering top 1/3 of shild in Sable with 2  4 pointed stars Or, the remaining 2/3 quarterly, gules and argent,  a lozenge sable (centered) with a star of 4 points Or.  the lozenge star with sable lines point to point, both ways(cross Fashion) interrupted by a lozenge (corners to the cross lines, and edges touching the inside corners of the star)  the line art on the star in sable, with the star all in Or.

Is this clear?  If not I can draw it out by hand and mail it to you.  I never have mastered drawing on computer, and not great by hand anymore(arthritis has set in both hands).

do you think you can assist me, with paperwork and research?  want to get this one through.  since my first choice failed.
