[ANSTHRLD] Permission to Conflict Question

I  usually print all those out for the packet if needed.  It would probably be better to send the actual signed copy to Asterisk and an electronic one to Bordure.  However, as long as one of us gets it we will see that it gets to the proper place for Laurel.
