I think I can safely chime in here:

I too would like to see more achievement scrolls, but I'd be concerned
about whether that would overtax the scribes doing original works at
present, as I'm sure there's a lot of stuff remaining to be cleared
out.

That being said, I wonder if the requirement of scroll production to
"register" your achievement wouldn't end up discouraging more folks
who feel they can't compensate a scribe in order to get a scroll. I
think that we need to be careful to keep it optional, but we can
certainly highly encourage it.
