[ANSTHRLD] Discusssion about achievements

I have written a proposal to revise the sumptuary laws covering Achievement
of Arms in Ansteorra.

My proposal was presented and discussed, and much good feedback was
recieved. I will be putting it online when I get a chance, and will be
revising it when I am able in light of the comments I got from Master Robin
and Mistress Serena, Master Daniel Troll, Baron Alejandro Zodiacus
Lady Vyolante Sable Crane, Baron Tostig Eclipse, Lady Castellana Armillary,
and all others present. The goal is that Rev. III will be presented at
King's College.

I will announce to the college when Rev. II (the one presented at Warlord)
is online, and again when Rev. III is finished.
In the meantime, anyone wishing a copy can contact me offlist and I will
send them one.
