[ANSTHRLD] Heralds Digest, Vol 84, Issue 4

Thanks to everyone for the replies.  It is obvious to me now why the
countercharged border wouldn't work.  I had a feeling something wasn't
right, but couldn't put my finger on it.  I will talk with him about doing
a field only device, or maybe looking into the German Heraldry.
