[ANSTHRLD] Replacement AoA scroll question

  Generally yes, but more importantly, Ansteorra regulates scroll text.
  If the AoA was given by a non-Ansteorran Crown, the scroll should follow
that Kingdom's guidelines for scroll text.  If it was given by an
Ansteorran Crown, the text must follow the rules set forth here:
http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/docs/award_text.pdf under AoAs.  Ansteorra
has gone through great lengths to create appropriate award text.  Of
course, the Crown could always alter that wording as the Crown's word is
law.
