[ANSTHRLD] Announcing the next Star Principal Herald

Kief was my guess but I had not realized he was the only one.  

I was at the Crown tourney where he was called to the Pelican (and Godwin was called to the Chivalry).  I think Kief was still serving as Earl Marshal at the time.
