Most of the gouttes distilling I have seen were maintained charges.

Thank you to all who answered my last questions.  I have one more question
on blazoning.

I am planning to submit a badge with a vol (conjoined pair of wings) with a
goute-de-sang suspended below it.  Would this be "distilling a goute" ot "a
goute pendant"?  Just one more last minute thing to finish before I go.
