[ANSTHRLD] Changes to submission forms

Greetings to all,

After discussion with Sara Penrose, Star Principal Herald, there has been
some changes made to the number of forms sent to Asterisk Herald.

The Laurel staff has now changed policy so that we no longer need several
copies of forms to process submissions. Therefore, effective June 1, 2014,
only 1 copy of a name submission form with 1 copy of any documentation
needs to be sent to Asterisk. 1 copy of the armory form with a line drawing
and 1 copy of the armory form with a color drawing with 1 copy of any
documentation needs to be sent to Asterisk.

There are new forms on the Submissions page of the College of Heralds web
site at the bottom of the page. There is one set of fillable pdf forms and
one set of nonfillable pdf forms, use whichever is best. The instructions
on the number of copies on the new forms reflect this policy change.

As always submitters and local/consulting heralds are encouraged to retain
a copy of the forms and documentation for their own records.
