[ANSTHRLD] Proposal: Changes to the Heraldic Achievement Registration Process

Helm facings are typically to dexter, just like charges, but German
armorials specifically tended to turn the helm (and the arms) to face
towards the center of the book, or the center of that page, or oitwards in
the central column on a page, or a pair of helms on marshaled arms would be
facing each other, etc, etc.
